Did you find a lower price online for a hotel you already booked with us?

If you are a One Key member with an eligible booking, we’ll issue the difference in OneKeyCash.*

It’s simple. Here’s how it works:

1. See if your booking qualifies

Not all bookings qualify. See below for details.

Does my booking qualify?

Yes, definitely

  • The price claim is submitted before 12am (local hotel time) on the day of check in.
  • The lower price was found online and you are able to provide a screenshot of it and the URL of the page.
  • The price is lower than the cost of your Expedia booking, exactly as presented in the Expedia search results.
  • All details are the same as your Expedia booking, including property, room type, rate plan, applicable change and refund policy, hotel extras (eg Wifi), and the exact same dates of travel.

Unfortunately not

  • Price is offered on a membership or rewards program website, corporate group rates or charter discounts, or coupons.
  • Price is offered as part of a package such as a flight + hotel travel combination.
  • Price is from a website where the property, itinerary, or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase.
  • The price is no longer offered at the time the request form is submitted.
For verification of non-prepaid hotel bookings, we may ask for a copy of your hotel receipt within thirty days after you have completed your hotel stay. For complete details, see our Terms & Conditions.

2. Tell us about the lower price

We’ll need a screenshot and the URL of the page.

3. We’ll issue the difference in OneKeyCash

It’s that easy. If your claim is eligible, you’ll receive OneKeyCash.
