Cheapest flights to Albany, NY
Founded by Dutch fur trappers in the 17th century, Albany was founded by controlling trade along the Erie Canal, and its reputation by being capital of the Empire state, New York. A pleasant town, with not much going on, with its contemporary character almost exclusively shaped from political and bureaucratic affairs but there are few livelier alternatives in the surrounding areas.
The most interesting part of Albany is the few blocks west of the plaza, between Washington and Madison Avenue is the open green spaces of Washington Park, laid out by Frederick Law Olmsted, the father of American landscape architecture. The recently renovated Albany Institute of History and Art located at 125 Washington Ave, Telephone: (518) 463-4478, has a wide range of Hudson River School paintings, and the neighborhood is full of nineteenth-century brick-built homes Rockefeller pulled down to build his Empire State Plaza.
We offer low price flights worldwide and various vacation packages. If you do not find any airline tickets to Albany, you may also try cheap flights to Syracuse which is the next closest airport in New York.
