The VVF Vacances Le Borsat IV is a modern timber chalet with mountain views, set at the foot of the ski slopes, 30 kilometres from Bourg St Maurice train station. The complex comprises 62 simple, modern apartments with functional furnishings, all of which include kitchenettes equipped with cookware, dishes and refrigerators, and bathrooms with showers.
After a day on the slopes, guests can unwind over a selection of drinks in the bar. Children will be kept entertained for hours with a range of supervised games and activities. Multilingual staff at front desk can offer tour assistance, and motorists will find complimentary parking facilities on site. The hotel has direct access to 300 kilometres of slopes in the resort of Espace Killy, which offers 96 ski lifts, nine slalom parks, two mogul fields and two halfpipe parks. The resort's slopes comprise 20 green, 60 blue, 35 red and 16 black. The hotel is located 20 kilometres from the ski resort of Courchevel and 30 kilometres from Bourg St Maurice railway station. On arrival day, room keys can only be collected after 10 AM. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.
Towels/sheets/televisions are not provided free of charge and can be hired locally.

Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence, which incurs a fee payable locally.
