This resort has various minimum stay requirements throughout the year. This property has an $8 per adult per night service charge. Rates at this property are based on double occupancy. There is an additional adult charge of $20. Children under the age of 17 stay free when sharing a room and existing bedding with adult. At South Seas Resort, your accommodations will be comfortable, quiet and luxurious with all the amenities you could want for the perfect vacation. These spacious accommodations have fully equipped kitchens with coffee maker and microwave. Each unit features a living/dining room, a large bathroom, cable TV, hair dryer, and telephone. An $8.48 per adult daily service charge, tax inclusive, will be added to the nightly room rate and will be collected at the resort.
The rate for the one bedroom tennis villa is based on two adults in the unit, you may have up to four adults in the unit, however, the third and fourth adult will be charged $20, per person, per night and that will be collected at the property.
